- The candidate must agree to abide by all rules, as changed from time to time by the organizers.
- The candidate’s age should be between 18 to 60 years. Age group will be divided into three categories, that is 18-25 , 26 to 40 and 41 to 60 years of age as of the start date of the pagent.
- Contestant must be citizen of India, whether staying any corner of the world.
- Contestant is in good health, physically and mentally and is able to perform the professional responsibilities of the Taraji’s.
- Good Character : Applicant is of good moral character, she and her husband, has not engage in any activities which lead to employees, directors, agents, volunteers, staff, sponsors, or related companies into disrepute, ridicule, or contempt including but not limited to, any type of use of illegal drugs, any other illegal behaviour or activity, any felony conviction, probation.
- Should understand and agree that if selected as a Contestant or Titleholder, all decisions concerning production, promotions, photographs, advertising, program, media, social media, endorsements, testimonials, appearance, and all other aspects of the Taraji’s.
- Appearance Approval : Titleholder agrees that the Taraji’s will be informed of and approve all appearances.
- Crowns and sashes remain the property of the Taraji’s. Any Contestant that defaults on her contract must return all prizes, crown and sash to the national office in the condition in which it was received.
- The candidate will be required to produce their age proof (passport/ birth certificate/ school leaving certificate/ driver’s license / Aadhar card/ marriage proof/ divorce proof/ death certificate of your husband etc.)
- The candidate can be divorced, widowed, married, with or without children, separated, single mother.
- The organizers are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of applications on any account and for any reason whatsoever.
- Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or after participation.
- Taraji’s will provide contestants with hotel rooms, meals for the official events. The travel expenses will have to be borne by the candidate themselves.
- The candidate will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout the pageant schedule. Any misbehaviour with co-contestants and team members will not be appreciated and will attract strict action.
- The organizers are not responsible for any loss or physical injury that occurs to the participant on account of their participation in the event. The applicant will participate at his / her own risk & responsibility.
- The participant will have to take care of their personal belongings. The Taraji’s will not be responsible for any loss of personal belongings.
- The decision of the judges will be final in all cases.
- Only the candidate participating will be allowed inside the designated venue of the preliminaries. Any family member/ friend/relative or children will not be allowed during the whole sessions on all three days.
- The schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the discretion of the organizers.
- In the event of any dispute, the organizers’ decisions are final and binding on the participants.
- Applicant understands and agrees that any misconduct, negative innuendoes or misrepresentation of themselves or other participants, in any form, be it oral, written and/or by actions, will be grounds for disqualification, without question.
- The organizers have all the right to cancel, reschedule, postpone and amend the show.
- Taraji’s has right to use the photographs, videos and other material/details provided by the contestant for their promotional activities and future concern. Contestant shall never protest for such right nor shall claim any amount or compensation in respect of the said right granted to company.
- If the contestant fails to pay less then registration fees within the time period stipulated by the company the candidate for the competition will be subject to cancellation as per the Company’s policy.
- The courts of Ahmedabad will have the jurisdiction over all disputes
- Contestant will not use their title to endorse, promote or solicit any job, business, product, service, or company in any form including, but not limited to electronic, video, audio, seminars, and personal communication, without prior written consent from the Taraji’s.
- Refunds : All fees paid to the Taraji’s are not refundable and not transferable in full or in part under any circumstances. This includes, but not limited to entry fees, advertising fees, application fees, program book ads, pageant admission tickets sales fees, guest meal fees, extra event fees, crown and sash fees, special award fees, and any other fees paid to the Taraji’s by anyone including, but not limited to Contestants, Sponsors, Family Members and Advertisers.
- Deadlines will be determined by the number of entries.
